Support
A real address, answered by a person. Here is what to try first, and what to tell us if that fails.
Effective
Write to us
info@currico.ch — for anything: a bug, a question, a larger allowance, deleting your account, or telling us the product is not worth your time. Artifact Publisher is an early founder-led beta, so this is one person reading email. There is no ticket system and no published response time; we would rather answer properly than promise a number.
To report a harmful or fraudulent page someone sent you, use report abuse instead — those go ahead of everything else.
Try this first
Claude Code cannot publish
Check that the setup command was pasted into the machine the agent actually runs on, and that the publisher key it holds has not been revoked. Your keys are listed on your publishing desk. If the key is gone, create a new one and paste the new command — keys cannot be recovered, only replaced. TheMCP guide covers the connection in full.
You lost the setup command
It is shown exactly once and is not recoverable, by design: we store only a digest of the key, never the key. Create a new key from your publishing desk, use its command, then revoke the old one.
Publishing is refused
The message says which limit you met. A single document is capped at 10 MiB. A workspace has a retained-storage allowance and a monthly publishing allowance — your desk shows how much of each is left, and the monthly one resets on the first of the month. If you need more room for real work, ask; allowances are per workspace and we can raise yours.
A recipient says the link does not work
Check whether it expired or was revoked — both return a clear "no longer available" rather than an error, and both are permanent for that link. Confirm they have the review link you copied, not a raw version URL. Sending an updated version does not need a new link: the stable link always resolves to the current version.
You want your account and artifacts deleted
Ask. During the beta a person does it, and we confirm when it is done.
What helps us help you
- The link, or the artifact identifier, if the problem is about one page.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The exact error text, if there was one. Never send us a publisher key, a setup command, or a password — we cannot use them and do not want them.
